"The house was clean and smelled amazing!! I especially loved the hand soap in the bathroom. I forgot to find out the brand.
Communication with Clint was friendly, quick and efficient. We are new to the vrbo rental system and, though I asked many questions, he was always friendly and patient.
Everything worked as it should. We could have used a bigger refrigerator but that's because we're all cooks and enjoy creating full meals that include a mildly ridiculous amount of perishables.

"Cute little upper loft! Small but yet spacious enough to meet all of your needs!! Location was just what I needed to be close to everything I was looking to do for the short weekend stay! My only negative and it’s really not that bad and not much you can do about it is the shower. Tall step in and out with the curtain rod so low hard to lift high and duck low to get in/out. "Property was as presented. VERY clean with all the necessities (kitchen items, coffee maker, etc). It was also a nice extra that there were toiletries in shower in case someone forgets something (soap, shampoo, conditioner etc). Clear instructions on what was expected at arrival and departure. "

"As advertised. A very tidy and thoughtful property. The cabin is tiny, bed the pull out and loft are comfortable. It is a studio. The front and back porches expand the space, and of course the wonderful patio. Very nice."

"We had a marvelous time hiking in Mohican State Park and visiting with our friends in this pretty and perfectly comfortable home. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. It must be very newly renovated. We cooked our meals here and had all the cookware and dishes needed. The beds and bedding were warm and comfortable."
