"I enjoyed my stay! Nina was very accommodating and super helpful as it was the first time my friend and I stayed at an extended stay-type hotel. The service was very friendly from all the staff and I really appreciated how the entire place (room, grounds, office) was maintained well! If and/or when I come back to the DMV area, I would stay here again. Thanks so much!"

"I stayed at other Towneplace Suites and this Otis definitely showing its age. Breakfast was ok in a small area with uncomfortable seating. I like the kitchen area in these places. Hot water for shower was hit or miss. Overpriced for what it offers..for what I paid for a long wedding weekend. "

"The hotel is in a good location. From the lobby to the rooms, everything is kept clean. And the hotel also looks like it has been updated, both in terms of repairs and furniture. The breakfast selection is good and is included in the price of the hotel. The hotel staff at the front desk are nice and attentive. I recommend this hotel, especially since the price per night is affordable."

"The staff were wonderful to us and helped us out with a lot of things: checking in at a late hour, changing rooms, etc. they went out of their way to be helpful. Look and location of the hotel are great, walkable to the waterfront and the train station. Next time we're in Alexandria we will stay here."

"Great quick trip to Old Town in this wonderful boutique hotel. The hotel is very inviting with lots of great spots to relax in. The bar was cozy with a fantastic bartender and fun cocktails. They had a live piano player on Saturday night. The rooms are small, but modern and comfortable. It’s a very easy walk down King Street to the waterfront. Just be aware there is no parking on site. You can street park or valet for $45/night. Highly recommend! "

"The stay was great! The staff was very welcoming, I was explained a couple things as I checked in that I may have had to ask about. We were wished to have a good time if we were seen heading out and welcomed back if seen heading back in which was very friendly and welcoming! We only had to call down to the front desk for one issue but they answered quickly and gave a solution.
