"Stay in Visalia, skip Three Rivers. Hotel is overpriced and outdated. Expect non-existent cell service, spotty or absent WiFi access, and no access to major television networks. Room featured a malfunctioning deadbolt and sub-par air conditioning. In years of travel, choosing this hotel is one of my biggest regrets."

"There was plenty of lighting in the parking areas, which made me feel that my car was safe. What I didn't like—and I recognize it was my mistake for not paying closer attention when booking the room—was that I accidentally reserved a smoking room. The smell was terrible, and they were not willing to change my room at the time. Other than that, everything was fine with my stay."

"The location was close to the freeway and across the street from a pretty park. It is only about a 50 minute drive to Sequoia National Park and the hotel is reasonably priced. However, the interior is very dated and they do not offer breakfast."

"The staff is really nice and helpful, they always make me feel at home. This time I needed to print a document for work, and they were nice enough to print it for me, so I did not have to go find an Office Depot. Thank You."

"Cute, little, quiet motel close to sequoia park entrance. Rooms were a bit dated but was clean and had everything I needed. Was also pleasantly surprised to see a Keurig coffee machine in the room. Parking right in front of your room. . Lovely grounds. Walked down to the river behind motel and enjoyed a morning cup of coffee with lovely scenery and roaming turkeys.. Would definitely stay again if I return to Sequoia."

I specifically reserved a room with two queen beds for four people, but when we arrived, they gave us one queen bed and a small rollaway bed that was dirty, extremely uncomfortable, and had springs sticking through the mattress. It was impossible to sleep without waking up with back pain. To make matters worse, the extra bed came with no sheets, blankets, or pillows. The staff had a terrible attitude and seemed completely...

"The pool àrea needs better outdoor furniture as the current furniture are wornout. The pool area absolutely requires some sort shading as without it is a sunburn and uncomfortable swimming experience. Not great for families especially children."

"Overall, the room was ok. Newly refurbished. The floors are vinyl and look nice. But my wife spilled some water on the floor, and when she wiped it up with a washcloth, you could tell they hadn't been cleaned. We had a 1-inch gap under our door. So I laid a towel in front of it. The second night, we had kids running and screaming outside our door. It stopped around 10 PM. I guess you get what you pay for."

"This newer property was comfortably furnished with current design and updated linens. The room layout was wonderful with a designated dressing area, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom while not overly large was a comfortable size with a large shower. There’s a bar and restaurant on property that we didn’t use but the aroma from the restaurant was wonderful! I took a star off for maintenance because while the facility was excellently maintained, the flower beds in the parking...
