The hotel was fully booked. There was a glitch in our booking. The room that was first assigned to us was not accessible and was on the third floor. Our dog was not added to the booking. We decided to pass on the 3rd floor room, despite the elevator. Marina, the desk clerk, went above and beyond the call of duty and was able to juggle when a cancelation on the first floor became available. We enjoyed our stay, and the breakfast selection was fresh and tasty.
