"Had a little get in the holiday spirit get away with my best friend and this was the most perfect everything on all levels! Josh was welcoming in his communications and quickly responded to any inquires. The place is perfect and represents exactly as advertised. Just days before my trip, the property owner messaged me to say the house was already booked. It’s now been nearly a week and I cannot get the owner or VRBO to process my payment refund."

"This is a nice clean and cozy spacious townhouse. Everything you see on the site is accurate. Anna and Roman thank you for opening up your home to my family. We had everything we needed for this spur of the moment New Year's Eve trip! Bedrooms had extra blankets and towels, the kitchen was stocked with utensils, pots, pans, plates etc. Thank you Anna for always being responsive..you had great suggestions for viewing the fireworks at the falls, things to do with our teen girls and even guiding us...

"I posted a review about this place less than a month ago (when I was last there). I booked this place for my family, as they visited family in the surrounding Ontario area. They were extremely happy with it. Place is well kept and clean. Neighborhood seems to be safe and is not that far from the falls. Highly recommend this place! The Host Akki is very easy to reach out to and responds almost instantly (very well communication). Zero complaints. We will consider this place first once we visit...
