Enjoy quick access to hiking trails and the beach just 5 minutes away, Niagara Falls in 25 minutes, the U.S. border in 30 minutes, and downtown Toronto in under an hour.

Welcome to your home away from home! This newer, stylish, spacious, and peaceful 2-bedroom basement suite is located in our custom-built home and is fully private and separate, allowing you to enjoy complete comfort and privacy throughout your stay.

Perfect for couples, families, groups, and business travelers, this bright and comfortable suite offers everything you need for a relaxing and convenient visit.

Allen & Leah were wonderful hosts! With regards to appliances, utensils, and kitchen needs, this VRBO has you covered. Very well thought out and supplied. Immaculate. Comfortable beds with fabulous pillows. Very good location if you need to travel to Hamilton and Niagara/Niagara On The Lake—right in the middle. Highly recommend.

There are not enough words to describe this wonderful VRBO! The amazing and accommodating hosts live upstairs and are so very kind! Clean, cozy, inviting, beautifully decorated! Overnight Getaway

Overall, we had a good stay at this home! It offered plenty of amenities and was in a convenient location close to shopping and restaurants. That said, we were quite disappointed by the extra guest fee. Only three of us stayed, and with four beds, the house could easily accommodate six people. It didn’t really make sense to be charged extra per guest beyond two. When we asked the host about it, they explained it was due to additional cleaning costs, such as bed making. This was a bit concerning, as we would expect all beds to be cleaned and prepared between stays, regardless of whether they were used. Aside from that issue, our experience was positive

What a great property!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a property owned by Allen and Leahy, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The property itself is lovely, boasting charm and comfort in equal measure. Located in a super location, it provided the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. Communication with Allen and Leahy was effortless; they were always prompt, clear, and courteous in their responses. Their accommodating nature truly enhanced our stay, making sure that all our needs were met and that we felt welcomed. The property was well-maintained and offered all the amenities one could hope for. From the cosy interiors to the serene outdoor spaces, every aspect of the property contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay. Allen and Leahy have created a haven of tranquillity and hospitality that is hard to beat.
