Big beautiful home with brand new renovation including new furnishings throughout. Overlooking the surf and sand! Hot tub overlooking views of rolling surf and breath taking sunsets at Shoreline Chateau. Floor to ceiling windows make it fun to watch the kids jump waves and dig in the sand. Enjoy Wi-Fi, luxury linens. Beautiful ocean front views/deck, private stairs to the beach, dual living rooms, cozy fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and kitchenette, flat screen TV’s, movies, games & books. Take advantage of the full length windows to enjoy the phenomenal view of the ocean surf and breath taking sunsets at the fully refurbished Shoreline Chateau, circa 1934. Take a short walk on the beach from your private beach access to the tide pools of Roads End or to the Casino! Enjoy extra privacy in the additional bonus living room with flat screen TV / DVD. Perfect for two families. One guest writes “this is the best home we have stayed in for the last 7 years coming to the beach”. Parking 2 small/mid-size cars and 2 regular size cars and 10 guests.

Please avoid leaving single night gaps during Spring Break, July & August.

Great place. Plenty of room for our family. Had everything needed to cook. And the best part was sitting in the hot tub and able to see the ocean.

The house is located in a great location. Right on the beach down a quiet road. The layout of the house is nice for larger groups as there are separate living areas upstairs and downstairs. The hot tub was a hit with the kids and we spent many mornings and night hanging out on the back deck. We did have an issue with the Internet not working the first day which was a huge bummer since we had some work we had to get done on our laptop, but Karyn the property manager was all over it. She had someone come out from the cable company and replace the modem the very next day. She was amazing with her communication! The only other negative thing I could say, was that when we arrived, the floor mats in the bathroom were dirty and smelt like mildew, so we put them in garage. Overall, we highly recommend staying at this property. Karen was excellent to work with. We will definitely be back!

Gaining access into the house was difficult. Had to call for the code as the code provided in the email from VRBO wasn’t correct. Took awhile for the gal to provide me the code. Had WiFi issues throughout the stay and without good cell service in the area, this can be essential for outside communication (family, etc). Called regarding WiFi, gal was a tad insulting regarding the password (said “you also called because you didn’t have the right code for the key”). While I get that things can be annoying, I am a paying customer. The home has amazing views. It’s a little awkwardly set up, and has very steep stairs. The carpet could use replacing and the roof is leaking in some areas. My friends and I still enjoyed ourselves for the weekend and were able to relax and watch the waves.

The house worked perfect for our family holiday! The view of the ocean is amazing! Being close to the beach with personal access is a treat! The kitchen has most everything you’ll need to cook in.

The house was beautiful!! The view of the ocean was stunning!! The only small downside was it was super cold in the house when we got there, however they provide lots of heaters and it warmed right up. We will be staying here again.

The home had so much character! The random amenities were awesome, baby gate, outside hose for easy sand removal, and the shutters in the upstairs windows were lovely. The kitchen was also fully stocked with pots, pans, and serving dishes. Thank you so much for a lovely time.

Property is dated and a little worn out in appearance, but if you’re here for the beach, it’s a winner. Easy walk down the bank to the beach, easy short drive to groceries and Lincoln City. Definitely the highest I’ve paid price wise for just three nights, and in need of newer kitchen supplies, but if you’re willing to pay for beach views, it’s ok.

We had an idea for a last minute trip to the beach and we were lucky to find this gem. Quiet and right on the beach. The kids found so much joy in just being able to walk down the steps to the beach. Close proximity to the store.

Girls trip

Great location and easy access to the beach. Plenty of rooms for everyone and beds comfortable. We weren’t able to grill because it needed a deep cleaning and I think if carpet was removed there would not be a musty smell. Thankful for the new washer and dryer and quick response when we reached out with a question. Everyone had a wonderful stay.

Spectacular Location & Views (Family Vacation)

My family and I truly enjoyed our trip to this oceanfront rental. We made memories that we will cherish forever. The view was as spectacular as the listing promised, and ending each day relaxing in the hot tub was a special treat. The tide pools on the northern end of the beach are a must! Be sure to tread with caution; there's lots of little ocean life out there! Check-in was easy; early check-in would have been wonderful, but rules are rules. Bathrooms were well stocked; minimal sifting through stained towels. As you would expect from an older home at the coast, things like the shower curtain and heat lamp in the upstairs bathroom were aged (rusting). We would happily book this listing again! Hopefully the property management company has time to button up the small things before then.

Great Place

Great house, great location, great view. The house had enoght space for everyone had enough space for privacy and big enought dinning room and living room to eat together and play games. My one suggestion is to have trash bins in the bedrooms.
