"Wir waren zu Dritt dort und würden die Unterkunft nie wieder buchen. Das Zimmer war unglaublich schmutzig und es war ein furchtbarer Geruch. Die Fotos sind leider alle durch KI erstellt und entsprechen nicht im geringsten der Realität. Uns wurden mehrere Zimmer angeboten, da die tatsächlich sehr freundliche Dame an der Rezeption unsere Misslage ernst genommen hat, jedoch waren alle Zimmer schmutzig und mit diesem schlimmen Geruch ausgestattet. "Staff communication was excellent. The unit is located above the stores in Duomo, but I received a WhatsApp message a couple of days before check-in with a video of where to find the entrance to the hotel. Any questions were answered immediately via WhatsApp."

"The apartment is not what we anticipated. In reality the pictures posted have nothing to do with it. Location is ok, although at first glance you would think the location is where the office of the listing agency is. Apartment is in need of an aggressive Renovation. We had an ant problem in the kitchen. The bathtubs leaked water. The kitchen is in bad shape. Refrigerator door keeps opening by itself. Definitely not worth the price.
