"The key room pass system needs replacing had to renew my key sometimes twice daily. Steam room and sauna need attention not working very well."

Holiday Inn Lima Miraflores by IHG
"Excellent stay at holiday inn Lima. Centrally located, 15 minutes walk to Miraflores broadwalk and a couple of minutes to the metrolink bus service. Hotel very clean, we had a very spacious king sized room on the 12th floor, bed extremely comfortable. Ate in the hotel for breakfast and dinner- food ..."

"We arrived shortly after 11 a.m. As a Hotels.com VIP member, early check-in and a possible room upgrade were listed as VIP benefits. At check-in, we were told our room was not ready and that we would be upgraded, so we waited. After almost four hours and several follow-ups, we finally got the room ..."
