I would not book with this company again. They cancelled last minutes.
Check in inforamtion is never given until I messaged them
We booked our accommodation three months in advance, yet never received check-in information. I even communicated with customer service the night before check-in and was not informed of any issues with our reservation. It was only after I contacted them again on the morning of check-in to request details that they informed me, at 10:00 AM, that our booking had been canceled.
The lack of communication was extremely frustrating. Had I not reached out myself, I likely would not have known about the cancellation until arriving for the 3:00 PM check-in.
We were given no options and were simply told to accept a replacement accommodation about 30 minutes away. The new location was less convenient and a downgrade from what we originally booked. We had reserved a room with two queen beds, but the replacement only had one queen bed and one full-size bed.
The only compensation offered was an Uber to the new location. However, it took about an hour to arrange. The first Uber they sent was too small to fit our carry-on luggage, requiring a second vehicle and causing further delays.
Overall, the poor communication, last-minute cancellation, downgraded accommodations, and inadequate compensation made for a very disappointing experience.
