"The property was fantastic! You check in through an app and it gives you your room and key through your phone. There is someone available to give you a physical key but we never needed one. The room was clean and super conveniently located. We ran out of toilet paper one time and all you have to do is text, and they will bring whatever you need right over! Fantastic for a girls trip! "

"The owners are truly amazing. I had issues with my last stay, and they found a way to accommodate me at 5 AM. Not many folks would do that. On top of that, they are super friendly. They work hard at their property and keep it very clean. They give all the amenities a larger hotel would, while also having a fantastic location. I had a gap in my stay and I returned to this property over a "nicer" hotel. I have no regrets about that; great people and a great property. "

"Excellent place! Super clean and everyone was so nice and friendly. It was perfectly located. We could walk everywhere. Breakfast was very good. The staff was amazing and the place was super clean. We loved it!!!"

"Well, my friend and I are both 80 ish ladies. Needless to say I did not know the room I selected was on the 2nd floor. The parking is more than 2 blocks after you unload your car. Ugh!! So I had to pay for a parking space on the street during the day . Nights are free after nine. Great breakfast and afternoon wine and cheese brought to your room. Service was so helpful!!!!! We did enjoy ourselves. "

"What was a little disappointing for me is , you have a swimming pool, but no umbrellas ,‘I went to the pool with my sister but it was so hot we couldn’t stay there, we had to go early in the morning or at 5pm when the sun isn’t that strong, you should have umbrellas at the pool area , it will make it comfortable for your guests to be able to enjoy spending time at the pool, sincerely Candida,"

"We stayed here for our wedding weekend. The staff was so kind and accommodating. This property is in a great location. It is close enough to historic downtown to walk but away enough that it’s quiet. Our room was beautiful and clean. The valet staff was incredible and so helpful. One of our favorite places to stay in St. Augustine. "
