"Typical Apart-Hotel, simple access and decent amenities, The units bathroom size can vary, nice little welcome package with dishsoap, paper towels, pack of laundry soap etc. The Front desk manager was amazing and very helpful. The included K-cups could be better. For being in a building with some kind of Verizon association the WiFi was pretty slow, I ended up using hot-spot.. Overall the price was the same as a small hotel room nearby so you do do the math .... tiny hotel room or 1 Bd....

Cons: - Ownership utilizes a 3rd-party mgmt platform; this made me nervous, as I've had poor experiences in the past with a property listed on Hotels.com but using a 3rd-party platform for signatures and payments. "Location was great. Room was small but nice for a solo traveler staying for a couple of nights. "The owners of this property canceled on me the night before my trip, blaming it on a “maintenance issue”. They originally reassigned me to a different unit but then canceled it in full. It was difficult to contact the property and I did not even receive a full refund. Would not recommend staying at this place, a would not recommend this ownership group that works through Evonify Stays."

"Home was immaculate and modern with great views of park & Mass State house. Finishing are very high end and host was super responsive. Only reason not to give a perfect score was some of questionable characters across the street at the square and nearby train station. Never felt unsafe, but hope the city can clear the area for this prized location and highly upgraded penthouse. Peter is great."
