It comes with tons of modern amenities, conveniences, and entertainment. You also have access to a community pool May-Sept. The home is so well designed you may not want to leave, just 30 minutes from Downtown Columbia, it’s in an ideal location to explore all of the Columbia attractions. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, there’s room for the whole family!

We stayed here for a wedding and it was in a great location from the venue, plenty of room for the 8 people that stayed, house was very nice and was clean upon check in, we enjoyed grilling and sitting on the patio outside. I would most definitely stay here again in the future and would recommend anyone to stay as well!

Better than advertised

It was a nice, clean, and safe place to stay. We visited West Columbia for a family wedding and spent a few nights with our grown children. It was an excellent space for us all to spend time together.

The property was very comfortable, plenty of room for the 7 of us. The beds were very comfortable. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. We liked the location, grocery stores, other shopping and restaurants are close by. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. We would stay here again,

Close to everything

This house is located very close to shopping and restaurants. Downtown Columbia is about 20 minutes away. The house is on the newer side and was clean and modern. Very comfy beds. It accommodated our party of nine very nicely.

Football roadtrip

Family Trip

Just what we needed.

The property was easy to find, in a nice neighborhood and very well kept. We were a group of nine women in town for a football game. We didn't use the pool or do any cooking, but had we wanted to, everything we needed was there.

Excellent home to stay in.

The house was beautiful, it was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed and more. There was more than enough room for everyone to move around and lots of sleeping space. My daughter really loved the bunk bed room it fit her and her friends very well. I will definitely recommend this house to my family and friends and the host was really nice. Thank you very much.

Great time

My family and I had a good experience with renting this property. There was a bit of a hiccup with several bookings for the same location. So we did not originally stay at the listed location but the owner was quick to inform us about other alternatives. Overall, the home was nice and spacious, and we all enjoyed our time together in South Carolina.

Can I just say we did not want to leave. The house, location and Trevor were absolutely amazing!! The residence was exactly as advertised with so many amenities and Trevor was accommodating and easy to communicate with. I hope our future travels will allow us to return in the future!! Basic Graduation

We were in town for basic graduation at Fort Jackson. The location was close enough, but due to traffic the general timing to get to base was about 45 minutes. The house is immaculately clean and comfortable! Spacious and comfortable enough for multiple families if needed. Everything needed was provided for cooking etc. If we are ever in the area again we would most definitely stay again! Loved the house and the communication with Trevor was spot on!

Wedding weekend

House was very nice and clean. Excellent communication with host. Only issue we had was it is a very tight neighborhood. We were there for our daughter’s wedding in Lexington…us and our three adult children. We had plenty of space, but all 4 of our vehicles were trucks and there was not enough space in the drive to park all 4. You could park 4 small/mid sized vehicles I think. We were able to park down the street, so it worked out! Nice rental home!

Thanksgiving 2022

The house was amazing. Clean, and well located. Easy access to grocery stores, gas stations etc. The owner was super friendly, communicative, and easy to contact. Everyone attending our gathering was well pleased with the stay.
