"AVOID. Difficult to know where to start. This apartment was mis-sold, as it is student accommodation (10 bedrooms per flat). Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. On check in (after a long on-line book in process (crashing server)), the common room was inhabited with other guests, who were cooking tea. The bins were overflowing and the place generally stank. "We stayed for 2 nights in this beautiful cabin, would love to stay again.The cabin was so cosy and cute we loved it. Everything was amazingly clean, as if we were the first people to use it. Our dog loved playing in the garden. Lynne was fantastic, answering questions about the local area and making sure our stay was perfect. A great base for exploring nearby attractions- Tintagel, Boscastle, Port Isaac.Thank you Lynne "

"We had a lovely time, thank you. The Honicombe Park Estate is fantastic, there is lots to do. The house was good though the kitchen was not the best layout, but we managed, also could do with another couple of outdoor seats on the balcony. However these were minor issues, and overall the adults, kids and dogs had a great holiday."

"I received a free upgrade to one of the Lodges so don't actually know about Davy Cottage. However, the lodge called Owls Nest was lovely. Spacious, well equipped, clean and really comfortable. The view was great. Parking was directly outside. The road is rather pot-holed (not unlike the rest of the country!) and I didn't like the black towels which left lint all over me, but that is really me being finicky! "We stayed here over the weekend to celebrate my husband’s 40th with a group of 11 adults and 7 children, and it was absolutely perfect. From the start, communication with Chris was excellent—he was incredibly accommodating and even let us look around the house a few weeks before our booking, which really helped with planning.The house itself is fantastic: spacious, beautifully located, and ideal for a big group like ours.
