"Everyone was awesome!"

"Rooms were clean, halls were clean and quite. Stay was comfortable. Unfortunately 2 days without pool access for what we were told was a poop in the pool really did not sit well with entertaining 4 young children at the end of our short stay. The indoor pool was a deciding factor in my booking and they went in 1 time. Also the mulch outside caught fire at one point one day, and the following morning there was fire alarms ringing at nearly 9:30 in the morning. Some wake up call. "

"Clean room, great location, easy street parking and friendly staff. Breakfast is served exactly time you requested. So make sure you arrive the dinning room at the time you requested. "

"Great staff - very friendly. Breakfast was very good and fresh. Pool and gym were a huge plus. Room was large and comfortable. Across the street from sesame place, couldn’t beat the location. They also had coloring at breakfast for the kids and afternoon cookies, which were a nice touch. Would definitely stay again "

"No hot water and not super friendly when i inquired about it. I chimmed in when a staff member was commenting on the complaints of no hot water anf oyher things so i thought i should just let thrm know i was one as well. Other then that it was fine"

"Unfortunately compared to everyone else's reviews & great experiences my experience was absolutely awful & extremely strange! I stayed at this hotel for 4 days and on the 5th day i had to go inside the office & book another day unlike the other 4 days i booked online well i booked the room and paid for it and when i went up to the counter and gave me name the receptionist "

"Parking was fine. AC was loud and noisy so we turned it off so we could sleep. In the morning the dining room had so much heat going it was 93° in the room. They did not offer juice or fruit or yogurt with their breakfast. All in all the beds were comfortable but everything else left a big hole."

"Very ghetto tried to open the window. The window fell down, so we had no window door was cracked and had holes in it room stink."

"Stayed here for 3 days and I had excellent service from the first day to the last. Lily at the front desk was so very helpful and super nice. The second day my key don’t work so they sent up someone to give me a new key. The pool was nice and the manager brought out two piles of clean and warm towels for us to use. Housekeeping was immaculate and very attentive. Would stay here any time I am in the area"
