Time & Tide Holiday Stay

Our property is a self-contained holiday home that sleeps up to 8 people. Fully fenced section in a quiet cul-de-sac. Whether you're here for the summer to hang out at the beach or maybe some chill time away from the hustle and bustle, our property is just the place you want to be. With only a 10-minute walk to the beach.

You will find a modern kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, large gas hob cooker, microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine. A dining table with 4 chairs, 4 bar stools around the breakfast bar and 3 couches in the lounge. There is an outdoor table and chair set situated on the veranda for extra seating. There is a big screen television with Freeview (no Sky) in the lounge & some books & games located in one of the bedroom cupboards. Wifi is also situated in the lounge.

Four good sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite and a set of French-doors opening out onto the covered deck.

Linen is provided during your stay.

Middle Earth and the Fairy Forest are just around the corner for the family to spend many a playful hour or 3!

This is a home that offers all the convenience and amenities you need for a comfortable & affordable stay.

Great property, easy to find

Our family stayed at this property including an infant and really enjoyed the house. It was a nice retreat from the bustle of the event we were here for and super close to the beach and Four Square if we needed anything. Levin and Foxton are short drives away, very convenient. the Rooms were furnished nicely and everything was clean and easy use. The hosts were easy to deal with, clear instructions and very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect stay

The property was all that it promised. Very well appointed. The kitchen a dream for prep when two teenage boys focussed on nutrition and cooking their own meals need to operate in the kitchen at same time as adults. The additional fridge/freezer in the garage a godsend along with the air conditioning. The covered verandah made for very pleasant afternoon cocktail and dinner hour, while the bistro table and chairs outside the kitchen became a favourite spot for the teens to enjoy eating out of the way of the adults. Will definitely stay again.

Great whanau Christmas

We had a great time during our stay. The house is a generous size with a large fenced section. The house is fully equipped with all the things you could need. The hosts were very responsive and kind (setting up a Christmas tree for us as we where there for Christmas). The weather rained on an off but there was still plenty of space to spread out with a toddler and a 9 month old. Perfect house for family’s and we have made lots of memories so thank you ❤️

Our extended family travelled to the area for a family gathering. Property was everything as advertised and perfect for our requirements, it is well equipped and was clean and tidy. Area is nice and quiet and only a short distance to Levin for additional needs. Would use again and highly recommend.

Great for families!

A quiet getaway, house is great for families - spacious and not full of 'treasures' which is helpful when travelling with kids who like to touch and play and rearrange things! Forrest and beach walkable, 4 square had a good variety of fruit/bread. House has full sized fridge and modern appliances - it was handy everything was super clean. Thanks for having us!

Spacious, clean, well-equipped, and excellently located for trips into the fairy forest and forest playground. The flat section and fully accessible bathroom make it perfect for every age group. Will book again!

Great location, relaxing house

The house was very clean. It had everything we needed, well stocked with kitchenware, linen etc. The house is big so plenty of room to spread out with our 2 teenagers. Lovely wrap around veranda, and the house is positioned for all day sun. A nice walk to the beach and the pine forest walking tracks. We will definitely be back.

Relax and enjoy.

This Bach is well worth booking, all the comfort of your home away from home here and with a wrap around deck which can be used all year round. The bird song and hearing the waves from the Bach was magical. I loved the special touch to welcome us to the Bach. The location was perfect, with beach access not far away and a nice walk to the 4 square. A great quiet grove. Just arrive and relax.
