"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. "Chalet très confortable ,bien équipé et surtout situé dans un endroit magnifique .Environnement très calme avec des vues splendides .Impressionnante documentation reçue avant le séjour sur tout ce qui pourrait nous intéresser ,randonnées ,épicerie ,lieux à visiter ...Arrivée facile avec toutes les précisions reçues .Très belle expérience !!"

"A spacious chalet overlooking Montreux and Lake Geneva. A truly stunning view. The chalet was very clean and extremely well equipped. Mr and Mrs Minka have thought of everything. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and the sauna where we never got bored of the views. The dining hut was fabulous and we used the fondue and the raclette which were very enjoyable. We loved the free cog mountain train to Montreux and used this many times. We had a great first visit to Switzerland and would thoroughly...

"Eine tolle Hütte. Der Whirlpool war nach dem Skifahren stets besetzt. In der Küche haben wir alles vorgefunden, was wir brauchten. Gerne wieder!"

"Lovely location and good chalet. Just needs a bit of focus -dishwasher doesn’t work as jets completely chalked up. No towels or bedding in one of the bedrooms on arrival, although did fiz this quickly the next day after it was reported. Excruciating when the whole evening when you’re sat in the living area, the floor above scrape chairs across the floor making your ceiling shudder. Perhaps a bit of felt under the chairs legs?"

"A fantastic week with friend and family, chalet was just amazing , everything thing you needed and the cinema room, jacuzzi & sauna was just what you needed to relax after a days skiing."

"Great property for accessing all the activities we wanted to do - walking, hiking, cable cars, riding, free buses stop outside. Local restaurants and bars are very good. Easy walk form Montana to Crans. Spectacular scenic view from the balcony. useful information given by the host, re arrival and check in information. Also info on The Explorer Card available to visitors - great for the cable cars. Hope we can visit again! "

"Belle découverte entre amis et je compte bien revenir en famille car le chalet s'y prête avec ces nombreuses chambres, c'est chaleureux, on se sent bien, les environs sont vraiment magiques surtout avec le beau temps. Le propriétaire est sympa et accessible, ils nous a donnés de bons conseils. Restau, balades le long des bisses, discothèques et parapente!!!! "

"L'organisation de la station pour les navettes et horaires du matin des remontées mécaniques n'est pas top. Les cours démarrent de super Châtel et obligent les parents à payer une montée et descente pour les emmener et aller les chercher... Bof bof"
