"Love the deluxe cabins with hot tub/bathtub. Because we booked with outside party checking in after hours was a little scary. They didnt receive our booking until after hrs and had no idea we were booked and it would be late. Booking with most resorts you dont have to much to worry about what time you get in and when traveling on the road you never have an exact time. I did call in and leave a message before store hrs were over but attendant didnt hear it. Fortunately the attendant was checking...

"The cabin is rustic as you’d expect with a train track close by. Sleep with white noise to help with train traffic. Sitting on the deck overlooking the river was magical! Bed was comfortable."

"The cottage is beautiful and located just close enough to everything you need.We came for a few days to see waterfalls and had several within short driving distance. I would highly recommend this clean and quiet little slice of heaven!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed most everything about this lovely cabin. Nicely furnished, clean, quaint furnishings with modern conveniences; indeed our only suggestion was that the mattresses be updated. We loved the front porch rocking chairs and the flowering mountain laurel all around the cabin community! "

"The cabin was very clean. The property managers were so nice and informative about the area. Great conversation. The yard was so roomy. And the cabin was so cozy. We loved it and will be returning soon."

"This quaint little place was all it was advertised! From the welcome video to the rose petal heart on the bed, the place had all the little things that made the stay incredible. Sitting out by the coy pond and watching the doe and her fawn walk over to us was the start of a great evening. Laying back on the bed and watching the satellites fly over was amazing. Hope they have a return guest discount, we would come back!"

"Cool house in a beautiful and scenic area. The owners have put a lot of work into renovating this property and overall it's beautiful. They still have some work to do on the sliding doors, patio, and pool, but this didn't detract from our stay. Great living room and theater room with plenty of seating for large family's. Great outdoor space. Lots of nature and neat places to visit and the locals are very friendly. We had a few issues with the power going out due to storms and high winds, but...

"We really enjoyed this location this year, we have stayed at others before, but this one is by far the nicest. Beds are all comfortable, and the location is good for fishing Walker Creek and the New River. And the local friendly dog came every evening to hang out. He loves Hot dogs!"
