"This is a super unique place to stay with an amazing view. The breakfast was definitely a highlight for us along with the staff. There is a beach near the property however it is a long walk and a super steep hill. There are no towels or chairs unless you purchase them. There is also no dinner location so without a car it is challenging to get dinner. There is a bus stop near the property but we ended up transporting via taxi. We were able to get to La Spezia train station and Marina in 15-20...

"Extremely difficult and stressful check-in process that made very little sense and turned what should have been a simple arrival into a frustrating experience.
The host was also quite rude and made us feel as though our responsibility was to look after the apartment for the next guests rather than making us feel welcome. We were even told we should clean certain things for the next guests shortly after arriving, which was an odd and disappointing way to be greeted.

"They say you get what you pay for, but in this case the little I paid was still too much. Damp, moldy, smelly basement apartment. Internet didn’t work. TV didn’t work. Fridge didn’t work. Even the soap was empty and the battery operated bedside lamp didn’t work either. Won’t stay here again. Lerici is nice tho. Check out the cute free local beach with a shower in San Terenzio (next town up, walkable)."
