"Excellent service by staff and local recommendations. They were very quick to help us and very welcoming. Our suite was comfortable, well stocked and had every amenity we needed. "My daughter and I stayed 8/31/25 - 9/6/25. We had a superior room, and it was just lovely. The hotel is located close to the Duomo, shopping, restaurants, and there is easy access to the Tram for a ride to and from the airport. Also, the breakfast was excellent. If in Florence again, we will definitely stay there again! The only negative this time is that a building nearby was being renovated, and the workers started early in the morning."

"This Apartment was absolutely perfect. It is very nicely updated, luxurious and very clean. It is located only steps from the Duomo and 1/2 a block from the Tram that takes you to the Florence Airport. Lorenzo, our host, was wonderful at communication, and was very accommodating when we travelled into Florence and met us to give us the key. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to see the wonders of Florence."

"Stayed here for 10 nights and the experience was fantastic! The location of the hotel is 5 mins walk to the train station and 10 minutes to the city center with all the attractions. The front desk crew is very friendly and welcoming. I liked all of them. They helped me with calling taxi and gave some good recommendations to the restaurants close by. Received a bottle of wine upon arrival which was nice. Room was very quiet and clean.
Breakfast was nice but could offer more varieties. Would...
