We were there for a short overnight visit. Bed was very comfy and the shower had great pressure and hot water. Only down side was no shampoo or shower gel. We found out later that it was an error and it is provided.

Upon check-in, I was told that the elevator was broken and there was no maintenance so at 7 PM. She had to go check to make sure my room was done checking in is normally 3 PM. I waited late.
