"We truly enjoyed our stay. It was our second time to stay at the property. Location is superb! Walking distance to downtown McKinney!"

"House is very nice with a modern farmhouse look with tons of open space and towering ceilings. Neighborhood is vintage downtown with a mix of older homes and several updated homes, like this one. Be mindful that the driveway is downhill and very short so two cars fit very awkwardly, and tightly, but they can fit. We had an SUV and truck fit. Any other cars must park on the narrow street in front of the house. House had PLENTY of basic amenities that other VRBOs tend to be stingy on - toilet...

"Stayed here for our son’s wedding, great location, quiet neighborhood but within walking distance of all the downtown M Kinney restaurants. Comfortable beds, good common areas. Highly recommend."

"The property is beautiful. The pool area is large with shady and sunny areas. We brought extra chairs. The ballroom provided a cool area for setting up the cornhole game we brought. All ages enjoyed playing pool. Various games were available for both children and adults. We had no trouble finding things we enjoyed doing. There was no working ice maker on the property. "Excellent for my needs. The house was charming, and the communication with the owner was great. Not much to complain about on my end, and it was great for a small gathering. Didn't go into downtown, but it's a quick walk and a great spot for events. The owner didn't have any ridiculous rules or anything either, worked with me on a couple requests too. Overall, It was great for hosting a small gathering in good proximity to the highway and downtown McKinney."

"Beautiful property. Well appointed. Everyone enjoyed the house, particularly the beds/bedding. Kitchen well equipped. Showers were great! Large and roomy. Convenient location. "

"Lori was an incredible host, always checking on us to make sure all was well with her property and with us. The retro bungalow is one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in. It was spectacularly clean with anything and everything we could possibly need. The a/c was vital and worked well and all the special themed touches made our stay fun and comfortable!"

We enjoyed the many spots around the house to host and hang out with family. The water pressure in the showers was perfect.
