"DO NOT RENT FROM THIS SLUMLORD! Completely disgusting upon arrival. Hair and dirt on the floor. Stains on anythng made of cloth (sheets, couch, etc). The owner does not care to help or acknowlege any of this. His "cleaning team" did not care to clean before a rental (something you pay 100 for in the first place). Expect the worst if you must rent this place."

"The house was very clean with modern decor. Even though it was a 4 bdrm house, it was adequate and comfortable for 3 adults. The path leading to the back from the driveway (towards the house) could be cleaned up alittle, it doesn't initiate a first good impression.
