"This hotel was great. Breakfast was tasty. But the stupidity of having self service check in that the bar staff had yo do it for you really slowed check in. It made no sense only that they didn’t have to hire permanent desk staff. The bar staff checked us in and do their other job. Bad customer service, long wait and obviously not self service. "

"FIRST, I want to give my praise to the staff; as a past FOM and Ops. Dir. For 20 yrs in a downtown Montreal Hotel as busy as this one, OH BOY, what an awesome team at the FD, bar/dinning and hskpg, so genuinely welcoming and hardworking. "The hotel was very clean, and offers an airport shuttle which is fast & convenient. As far as dining whether it was within the hotel or close by I cannot say ad I was on time restraint and didn’t have time to explore shopping or dining options in the vicinity. It was very quiet at night allowing for some much needed restful sleep. The staff were very nice and helpful. And for me the best part it had a coffee maker gotta have my coffee. "Excellent location. On walking distance of many tourist attractions. Close to the shopping mall, pubs and restaurants. 24hours service at the reception. They stored our luggage for us. Also they arranged for a breakfast bag when we had a day trip planned. The hotel is very neat. The breakfast is of very good quality and perfection variation. The staff were very polite and helpful. We would visit again, thank you! "

"My Hotel stay was great ! The Staff greeted my husband and I with a smile and made us feel welcomed. The breakfast buffet was great and the location was close to restaurants and shops. The Hotel was far enough from the main tourist areas but close enough to walk restaurants and shops. I definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone who wants to stay in a quiet area away from a high traffic area. Enjoy your stay! "
