"The location is great and the staff was very helpful but the room was not clean. There were spider or cob webs in a corner of the room and walking around in our white socks showed that the floors had not been cleaned in awhile. Other comments -- the mattress sagged quite a bit and there were few places to store clothes."

"I went to three Premier Inn locations in Ireland last week. All sort of identical. Except the bathrooms. One had a short shower curtain, one was halfway into the bathtub and one of them was not wide enough. Also, the exhaust fans were blocked with lint, etc."

"It's a unique older property that has a lot of character and interesting decor. The room I got on arrival wasn't clean, hair and wet, and on subsequent days the cleaning was subpar, eg. Still toothpaste in the sink, but they gave me more towels and water. When I did talk to the property they tried to fix things asap. The room I had, had a musty smell coming from the washroom. Bed was good."
