"6 rooms booked all rooms were not habitable, only two rooms were actually used only because no hotels in Leeds were available. My other guests refused to stay. This is not a hotel at best it is a hostel or for asylum seekers. Owner refused to resolve my complaints and I have raised a dispute with my credit card company. "

"Everything about my stay was spot on. Very smooth and easy check in, lovely quiet location and my single room was actually very generous in size and also very comfortable. The breakfast service the following morning was very calm and peaceful and the hot buffet was exactly how I like it. The staff are also very helpful. "Couple of gripes first. Why no plug sockets near the mirror? Two plug sockets were situated behind the big mirror which was nigh on impossible to get to. Had to lift the big mirror out of the way to get to it to plug my appliance. Also at £134 for a night - why only Nescafé sachets for coffee. Basic! Asked staff if they had any coffee bags - no. The room was spotless, everything immaculate, larger than I expected, better equipped (did I mention the hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine?), had all you needed to settle in straightaway - a small bottle of milk in the fridge, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, coffee pods, and even salt and pepper grinders.
