"We were delighted when we entered the home. Spacious, immaculate, lovely views of the marinas, well equipped with everything we could have wanted and more. It is well located, easy to find when you enter Exmouth and close to the town centre. "

With 4 bedrooms and 2 living areas there was plenty of room, as well as a large deck outside.The kitchen was extremely well equipped and also included an outside BBQ.It was hot while we were there but the aircon worked very well. The house has a pool which we enjoyed every day, as well as a jetty. Whilst we didn't have a boat, my son loved the fishing off the jetty and did catch fish. "A fabulous house in an amazing location. "

"The house was a great size for all of us. Stairs were the only worry for little ones but was great there was a baby gate. Amazing view entertaining area and swimming pool. Lots of bathrooms which came in handy too! "
