"We love this hotel and stay when ever we are in Cleveland. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. It is a lovely hotel, unique and clean. Everywhere you look the walls are filled with beautiful and interesting art. They have a fun little bar area and beautiful dining area with REAL plates and glasses (thank you). "There were previous reviews that commented on it not being very clean. We brought a bunch of cleaning supplies and our own linens. We ended up not needing any of it. The rooms, furniture, and linens were spotless. The only issue is there is an area under the stairs to the lower level that is inaccessible, so thing that fall onto the stairs and then down under it cannot be retrieved. It is just a design flaw and not the fault of owners. Parking and entry to the building is secure. "

"I have stayed at The Intercontinental several times, durimg my visits to the Cleveland Clinic. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Linens are very soft. The staff, all the way from desk assistance to restaurant staff were always so helpful. Much needed when navigating the clinic. "
