"Room was good - not the most pristine I’ve seen but not bad. No ice bucket in our room, which was a small annoyance. The pool is on the smaller side and they were out of towels, although the property guy brought some upon request. He was hustling every time we saw him; maybe they’re a little understaffed. "This place is a dump with good service and okay food. When I come back I will likely stay somewhere else as there is a parkade across the street that can be parked at to access Cleveland Clinic"

"The room was clean and inviting. My only issue with the hotel was the noisy guests with children running up and down the hall screaming after midnight. I recognize this is not the hotel's fault, but it was quite annoying."

"Overall, good. Basic hotel. The restaurant closed early, and had no coffee available. No pleasant apology from restaurant employee. Fortunately a Starbucks around the corner. No in-room lock safe, was told all hotels are eliminating safes. Carried our passports and valuables with us everywhere we went. Staff were friendly, location was convenient for us."

"Lobby entrance signage was basically non-existent. Bathroom lighting was too dim. The bathroom fan was exceedingly loud and rattled. Bathroom sink drained slowly, so I removed the drain plug and pulled out gobs of hair and gunk. The shower head was coated with pink and brown scum. I wiped it off. The tv guide was in a drawer. It should be on the counter by the tv; guests shouldn’t have to hunt for it. The tv remote was gooey; I cleaned it off with a Q-tip. The markings on the remote’s buttons...

"7 /4/26 First trip to Cleveland and staying in a Drury Hotel. Came for the Whte Sox vs Guardians game. Great experience from the start at Progressive Field to our stay at Drury. The breakfast staff were incredible at keeping up with the buffet. Great food and friendly service all around. Room and hotel was impressive all around. Would come back and highly recommend."

"The pool was adequate at best. The water was very cold and the pool did not look like it was cleaned properly or regularly. The fitness room was decent enough for a workout, as long as there were no more than 6 people in it at a time. The rooms were fine, no issues. Watch out for any preauthorized payments they put on your credit card. It took me over a month to finally get it reversed on my card. I have never waited this long with any other hotel so no idea why the exception is here. ...
