"My overall experience was very positive. The accommodations were clean, well-kept, and in excellent condition. The staff provided exceptional customer service and were consistently friendly and professional. Although parking availability was somewhat limited, it remained manageable. The amenities were satisfactory, and the pool area was well-maintained. I would consider staying here again."

"The hotel is 5 min away from CVG Airport. 3 min away from the highway and 10 min from Hebron. It is well kept. It provides hot breakfast buffet with so many options to choose from. Housekeeping was shorthanded. Meaning beds were not made but, towels and toiletries were changed on a daily basis. Yolanda, the breakfast area server is very friendly and helpful."

"Pool was broken the first night. Our room had ants. The staff were nice. The hotel and rooms are older that they upgraded a few things to make it appear newer and nicer than it actually is. You can hear people above you walking around. "

The toilet seat was only connected with one bolt, there were fingernail clippings on the bathroom counter, the tv remote was duct taped together, and the hardware was falling off the entry door. There was so much furniture in the room it was impossible to walk around to the other side of the bed.
