"We were here for a conference and stayed 6 nights. The room was immaculate. Bed was very comfortable and we had no issues with anything.
The staff was professional and friendly. They were able to answer any questions.
The Chuck's at this location is also amazing. Good food, great service. My daughter and her friends were there daily and raved about everyone
We're recommending this location to anyone who asks for next year's conference as it was only 2 hotels over (walking distance) and saved...

"I have never stayed at a hotel that the beds sunk in or if you slept on one side the mattresses raised... i switched to two other rooms and same thing... i never leave comments... but this was so disappointing... i noticed in both washrooms the showers were filthy the counter and shelfs had stains ...the rugs were not vacuumed...yet i dont understand the high ratings!!"

"My experience here was a bit odd.
The first room I got was not clean, the best was squeaky and I felt really uncomfortable and it was right near the breakfast room and WAS loud I didn’t sleep and it didn’t have a bathtub.
They were kind and moved me to another room, the staff were fantastic.

"Excellent stay. Clean comfortable suite. Friendly and accommodating staff. Easy access to free parking underground. Our stay was 4 nights and the only slight negative I can think of is the warm items at breakfast were the same everyday. I will definitely stay again when I am back in Toronto. "

"A cheap and cheerful airport hotel but it lacked a bar and, after flying in from the UK my wife and I were looking forward to a relaxing drink before retiring. They did offer some bottled drinks and snacks for sale near reception, but the choice was poor. Our room was clean but had no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We had to go down to reception, where free tea and coffee was available."
