"This was our 2nd time staying here. There were a few snags (some to no fault of theirs) along our trip but nothing crazy. They were easy to get ahold of and got back to us in a timely manner. The park is really nice, has a nice pool and is gated. Yes the house gets warm during the day but there are extra fans for when this happens. "Overall we really liked this property. The location was excellent - it was close to the beach and to other cute local places like Amato’s pizza. Kitchen and living room were very spacious and well furnished. The little back porch was also nice! Check in and out process were also super easy. There were two things that we had an issue with but they didn’t necessarily ruin our experience here. "The 4 rooms with attached full bathrooms were great for our 4 families of friends. Quick drive to Bethany Beach so we didn’t waste any time getting to our day’s activities. The kitchen was also well stocked for our home cooked meals and BBQ on one night. The garage is also pretty fun. The living and dining area was a bit too small for our entire group of 8 adults though."

"The home was spacious enough for 8 people. Quiet neighborhood. All linens, toilet paper, paper towels, soaps were included. Owners were in touch immediately if we had any questions. "
