"It is above the owner's house so you have to be aware of noise. It is very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is poor lighting and a small mirror in the bathroom. When doing hair and applying make up was a challenge. Also I could not get the TV to work. It had no internet access. It said there was access to hulu but I could not get the TV to work at all but I did not contact the owner as it was late. Overall I really enjoyed the stay. It is very close access to everything and very clean...

"My stay was fine, just little things like the old floor noise and if you want to cook for the family, you don’t have cooking pans. I end up buying my own cooking pan. The owner never answered me when I asked. I didn't ask again. The area is quiet and close to convenient stores. "

"I was very impressed with this "hotel". It is more of an AirBB as your unit is an apartment in an apartment building with permant residents. It comes nicely furnished, including basic kitchen essentials (like service for four, pots and pans, coffee maker, etc). All of the amenities are modern, and the in-unit washer dryer is a huge plus. I also really appreciated some of the welcome gifts, including some coffee/tea, laundry detergent, and your basic hygiene essentials. Property communicates...

"Very nice, clean, comfortable. Suggest tissues in room, hair dryer. Host responsive to communications & accommodating. Private bathroom outside room in hallway did not prove to be a problem for us but might be for some. Overall a very good experience. Would recommend "

"Great location and super communication with the host. We had an issue with the WiFi and the host went out of his way to troubleshoot and sent service from the company over. It was unfortunate, but they host did everything they could to address in a timely manner.One thing to note: If you're staying with family, there isn't a lot of plates or kitchen necessities like cookie sheets or colanders, etc. So if you plan on making dinner in, make sure to bring your own items. "
