"Our fourth stay at Santa Monica Proper was for my birthday trip. The property is beautiful, the stuff great, and food delicious. But this was the fiat time tha they gave us room which was facing into a hotel wall, so we had no view of anything, which was quite disappointing. For this price and property, noone should have to have a 100% Wall view. Or at least they should be clear about it when you book the room."

"Everything was good until it came to the last day to check out. The Valet Guy was rude. I had already called front desk and asked if we can stay parked in Valet after checking out and she said to me yes until 5pm the day of check out. Once I checked out the valet guy said no because he was very busy all while leaning on the front desk looking out the door. Other than that everything was great and the front desk ladies were kind."
