  • Come experience the serenity of a peaceful neighborhood with all the amenities of city living. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops for easy meal preparation and entertaining. Relax in the backyard oasis complete with a putting green which is perfect for unwinding after a long day! Take advantage of the community pool, conveniently located nearby, on those hot summer days. Whether you're looking for relaxation or fun, this is the place to be. The pool is only open from typically Memorial Day to Labor Day. Sometimes those dates change. Ask host for specifics.

    ALL POOL RULES MUST BE OBSERVED. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO POOL PARTIES.

    No diving. No running, pushing, or other dangerous horseplay. Be considerate of other residents. No yelling, loud music, or excessive noise (headsets are preferred). No glass containers are permitted in the pool area. Please use plastic containers for beverages.
    No alcoholic beverages are permitted in the pool area. No food is permitted in the pool area. No pets are allowed. Do not enter the pool area if you are sick. Place all trash in the proper receptacles. Keep the entry gate closed and locked at all times.

    No guests other than approved stay occupants may be at the pool.

    All children and minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a person who is at least 18 years of age. No sharp objects or non-water toys are permitted in the pool area. No water guns are permitted in the pool area. Children must use the ladder or steps when entering or exiting the pool. Lifesaving devices must remain in their designated locations at all times and may only be used in emergencies. Infants and children wearing regular diapers or pull-ups are not permitted in the pool. Swim diapers are required.

Very comfortable house. We had 2 small dogs with us and the fenced yard was ideal. The house was well stocked. It’s in a great location with lots of restaurants and stores. It was also close to the freeway. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great home for a family stay!

My adult son stayed in this home with his family and stated the rooms were set up perfectly for his teenage daughter and younger kids! He greatly enjoyed his stay there!

Amazing Stay

We loved our visit to this property that felt that a relaxing spa and a cozy home-away-from-home. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely and also close to fun stuff in town. The hosts stock the home with anything you might need and there are tons of amenities. We loved every second of our stay!

Nice Family Home Get-Away

Bright, clean home large enough for a family of four or more. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed playing mini-golf in the backyard. Unfortunately, pool was still closed but we still had a lovely time. Highly recommend staying in this home.

We had an initial issue getting access to the house, but Kayla made it right and we appreciated her being accessible. The house was beautiful and clean, perfect for what we needed passing through las cruces. I’d highly recommend this property.

Property was exactly as described, in a lovely neighborhood we didn’t get a chance to use the community pool but it looked like a nice clean area. House was awesome even had extra toiletries like a hotel if you forgot something . If we make it back to the area will look at renting this house again

Great family house

This was one of the best VRBO homes we have stayed at! The house was super clean, in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the freeway, and perfect size for our family. Very comfy beds, nice bathrooms, and ample sitting space. Host was very responsive to questions. We would define recommend this home to others!!

Very comfortable stay

This property was a perfect fit for our family. The neighborhood was quiet, lots of amenities, and everything was comfortable and well stocked. Linens and towels were plush and high quality. The mattresses were comfortable. Furnishings and decor were modern and updated. We would absolutely love to stay here again the next time we are in Las Cruces.

Perfect home for what we needed

The home was perfect for what we needed. Our visit was during the Thanksgiving holiday. Our grandson plays football for nmsu and we were able to share the holiday with him since he couldn’t come home. The house was clean and adequate, plenty of room for all of us. The owner was even so kind as to have a pie delivered to our door as a surprise. We would stay again! Aggie Football season 2024!

Winter Getaway

My husband and I spent the months of February and March along with our two little papillons. It was a great fit for us. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and utensils and plenty of supplies (pantry and cleaning) to get us started. The gated community was safe and offered a great place to get out and walk our dogs. It was conveniently located to shopping, church and eateries. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had!

We needed a place to stay while we waited to close on our new home. This home checked all the boxes. It was in a gated community and we felt very safe. It was pet friendly, which was a huge blessing for us. My kids really enjoyed the little putting green in the back yard. We didn't use the kitchen much, but seemed to be nicely stocked with anything you would need to cook a nice meal. It was super close to a Walmart and several places to eat. My toddler enjoyed the bunk bed. Master bed was super comfortable, I slept great. It was nice having access to park a car in the garage as well. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.
