"It’s a very pretty cottage. I personally think Garry and Sharyn did an amazing job to upkeep and maintain the condition of the property, given it was built back in 1800s. We stayed at Maids Quarter, which is 2 bed, separate kitchen, lounge room, and bathroom, very spacious and well equipped. The atmosphere is quiet and idyllic. Would like to come back for longer stay."

Diana provided all necessary information and then some leading up to our stay.The house and property were better than described.There was such a calm feel as soon as we arrived. The picture windows in the lounge room were beautiful.The house had everything we needed, and thanks to Diana’s information anything the house didn’t have, we prepared for and brought with us.Had the house not been booked right after us we would have extended our stay.We will...

"We spent a lovely weekend in this Birregurra property. Communications were clear and thoughtful. The beds and longe area were comfortable. We had some difficulty operating the split system when the weather turned cool. Some images to indicate which mode operates which function would be helpful. The generous bowl of fruit was very welcome. "

"This is the second time staying, this time with children and their partners. It is the most amazing and lovely home and honestly could not be more clean or better equipped. Highly recommend it."

"The bootmakers cottage is beautiful and we loved the old world charm of this house! The house was lovely and clean and the beds were very comfortable. We definitely made use of the outdoor bathtub which was perfect treat on the cooler nights to unwind and relax after touring the area, The outdoor spaces were lovely but were a little untidy and to be honest, I'm not sure who would use the outdoor bathroom as it is very 'rustic'. "Great place to stay. Great host."

"The cottage is clean and have a positive atmosphere. Surrounding nature makes the place very relaxing. We loved the fire place. Carport next to the cottage was so helpful. The direction of getting to the cottage was a bit confusing. One of the reasons we booked this cottage was having a spa but we couldn't use the Spa as it was so cold and by the time it got to the right temperature it was bed time. We were disappointed as we expected a ready to use spa like other places. "

"Great location, walking distance to most areas and a short drive to places of note. Area of improvement would be to address the excess mud in access areas ie getting to the wheelie bin was a trek through heavy mud. Simple cheap solution would be stepping stones/pavers, as this is a region known for rain fall, therefore mud level and location is easily predictable."
