The owner and staff are really helpful. They're like a close-knit family with Pam as the big sister. She is always willing to help and answer our queries. She's simply the best! "

"This is an amazing hotel conveniently located and with beautiful views of the mountains and the city. We stayed for only 2 nights and I wish we could’ve had more time to stay longer and enjoy everything this hotel has to offer. Our stay was made even more enjoyable thanks to the ladies Ivy and My of the front desk, who were very attentive, friendly and helpful. I plan to come back to Sa Pa and stay in this beautiful hotel again. "

"The most wonderful experience staying at Sapa Clay House..is truly is a mountain retreat. After a busy few days we enjoyed the kindness of everyone in this family run retreat. They were so attentive and helpful and spoke English very well. The views from our room were incredible and everything from the bed linen to bathroom amenities are luxurious. Then there is the food made with love from their garden and local goods. The pool was wonderful to cool off after an enjoyable walk to the local...

"Hôtel is clean. It’s a bit away from the loud area - about 10 min walking distance. Facilities are just as seen in the picture. Good spa and gym. Very good breakfast- but very busy especially when they open in am. The best part about the hotel is gorgeous view of Fansipan mountain and Sapa. Would stay again"

"Chapa Farmstay is a unique experience. It's about 20 minutes from Sapa town proper which is great. Very quiet and pristine. The little cabins are comfortable, with incredible views and the bathrooms are modern. But the best part of our stay was the host family. We had such a great time chatting with the grandparents during meals, sitting around the fire on cold early mornings and playing with the children. They arranged for our one day trek with a fun lunch in village along the way - ending...
