"We are a company who had multiple rooms for 14-days, one of the rooms was cleaned of all their belongings due to an internal hotel mixup. However, when asked about it, hotel guest services acted belligerent towards us. They took zero responsibility for their actions but rather double down on attitude. We will not be staying here again!"

"We stayed one night prior to a early morning flight out of Bush International Airport. The hotel staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
The room was a great size and very clean. There were several restaurants nearby, which was helpful too. This is a small, but great little hotel, especially for the price. This hotel exceeded our expectations!"

"The toilet sometimes would delay in flushing and the hot water took about five to ten minutes to warm up. This was reported to the staff that was very friendly, they were gonna give me 5000 Hilton Honors points for the inconvenience but I have yet to see it. The stay was good inspite of those issues."
