"We stayed only 1 night and we stayed in a deluxe double room. Was very clean and comfortable beds. Nice that it is on the river and has nice porch overlooking the river. Also has a small pool. It is an older building, but you can tell they try to keep it up well. "

"The fire alarm went off at midnight and there was no one staffing the front desk to assist. The lights are wonky. The elevator didn’t work going down from the 4th floor. Pros: the room was clean and seemed brand new. "

"Air conditioning worked well. The bed was comfy. Room lacked lighting in the room, no desk lamp, etc. The TV did not work. Very noisy neighbors next door, and they were outside our door, until at least midnight. Breakfast was waffles, cereal, small muffins, toast, juices, coffee..... no yogurt or fresh fruit."

"Be prepared: sauna doesn’t work, loud music played at pool until 8pm and heard in our room, room a little larger than bed-no chairs, WiFi barely functional, cell service 1 bar, contactless completely-no staff apparent."

"As others have said some of the rooms are showing wear. The carpet is looking worn and a lot of scratches in the furniture. Having said that our room 412 had an exceptionally clean bathroom and kitchen area. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were great. When my 16 year old and I arrived my husband and mother in law had already checked into our 2 rooms. When I walked into my room it smelled of stale cigarette smoke. I let the staff know but I was too tired to move rooms. I asked...

"The food was good. On the weekend they serve hot food: scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausages, etc. On weekdays they only have cold foods and waffles. You better get down there earl enough, once the food is gone, even if it is before the quitting time for breakfast, it is gone."

"Parking was great. Clean room. I only would have liked if there was a coffee maker in the room. I had to walk down to the office to get coffee."

"Basic accommodation but clean. Coffee in the reception area all day which is a bonus. Pool didn’t look very appealing so didn’t go in there. Best part for me was Augusta( I think that was his name) the lovely guy who made my day by organising the starburst into colour sections lol a fellow ocd’er! "
