"The property was not like it was shown in the images. There was tape on the floor when you walked on the floor. It was like walking on a sticky substance. There stains going across the ceiling. The staff was in a helpful there was $100 fee for the night and a $50 check-in fee, which is not disclosed."

We only last about 20 minutes before my daughter had allergic reaction to something in the air. Left and struggled to get a manager on the phone to get our money back. "The property has no one on site, so if you need anything there is no one. Its like a house share, but upscale- you are sharing a house with strangers. There was no hot water for tea. Our outlets in our room didn't work- we tried the switches on the wall. Otherwise it is beautiful place comfy beds, clean and interesting."

"Our room was dirty. There was trash in the room the bed had hair all over it. I paid extra to get the breakfast and didn’t even get to get any the 3 days we stayed. I left the staff know about the room and told them we’d be gone for a little bit so that way they could go in there they didn’t "

What really stood out was the design: everything was thoughtfully curated, with a mix of vintage pieces and antique-style decor that gave the whole place a lot of character without feeling overdone. "hotel staff went above and beyond with great service. from a free bottle of wine delivered to our room to the restaurant giving us an apple to staff bringing toothpaste to our room. when i left a hairbrush in the room, they had it in the lobby in less than 15 mins. from checkout so that I didn't end up going home without it. they were wonderful! we plan to be back."

"The room was clean. The shower/toilet area was separate from the sink, which I prefer when more than one person is getting ready to go. We also had a separate sitting area which was nice for watching tv and reading."
