"When we arrived at our cabin, we saw that the oven and stove were out of service. There was no communication for this and kinda threw off all of our meal prep. The inside was pretty clean. The lake view was ok. But I am upset at the lack of communication especially because the kitchen is advertised ..."

"Our stay overnight was fantastic! The room was very clean and staff were very helpful! A surprise when we opened the door - a kictchenette! Parking is right next to the room. We hope to come back!"

"The codes provided to us for check in were mismatched, but luckily we were able to figure it out. Unfortunately, we had to go through piles of garbage to get to the key. The "garbage room" was filled with garbage and the smell permeated into the house, especially the master bathroom when sleeping. ..."

"Home is beautiful and clean. Had everything we needed. Communication with the host was great. Very quiet, away from the city, up on a hill, if weather is snowing, you might need a 4x4 to get to it. Sitting on the porch in the evening was wonderful. Shasta Caverns a very close and well worth the boat ..."
