"Wonderful cabin in Grass Valley. I stayed with my sisters, so we were four adults, each got a fluffy warm bed. The house is also great fro family with kids as there are lots of nooks to sleep read and play. The kitchen is well equipped, and the location is quiet but still pretty close to the town. We were a bit disappointed to discover it was a IR sauna, but other than that communication with John was super clear and smooth and all in all a wonderful experience! Highly recommended!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and charming. The house is a very short walk through a pleasant neighborhood down the hill to Nevada City restaurants and shopping. We can highly recommend this beautiful home for visiting Grass Valley or Nevada City."

"The property is centrally located, easy walk to bars, restaurants and shopping. It was nicely decorated and spotless, perfect for what we were looking for. Worth noting that there is no dedicated parking spot and sometimes street parking can be a little hard to come by. Also, the unit is 3 floors, with the bathroom and kitchen on the 1st floor and the bedroom on the top floor. So just be prepared for that. Not a problem for us, but might be for less mobile renters. All in all a great stay, Jess...

"This was a perfect stay for a nice weekend getaway. Great communication with the owners and detailed instructions for checkin. The place is super cozy and the bed is very comfortable. Loved the location too! Had a pleasant walk into town for breakfast. Definitely would book this again:-)"

"Could use some updating but it was nice house. Good Location and plenty of parking if you need it. Only thing is the stairs were very steep. Probably not idea for anyone elderly."

"This is a beautiful vintage home in central Grass Valley. We could walk to everywhere we needed! And my wife loved reading on the porch for hours every morning! This will always be our first choice in Grass Valley!"
