Enjoy exclusive access to a private community clubhouse with a boat ramp and park. Your tranquil getaway awaits!

The Property:
Escape the hustle and bustle at this beautiful retreat in Placid Lakes, Florida. This inviting home seamlessly blends contemporary design with the warmth of home, making it an ideal choice for families or friends seeking tranquility.

An open-plan living area offers a seamless flow, with a cozy living room featuring a large, L-shaped leather couch and a smart TV—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The fully equipped kitchen promises a pleasurable cooking experience, complete with:
* Oven and stovetop
* Microwave & Dishwasher
* Toaster
* Air Fryer, toaster, and blender
* Keurig Coffeee Machine with coffee pods
* Nespresso Essenza Mini Espresso Machine
* Utensils, cups, mugs,dishes, and glasses

After a long day, unwind in three restful bedrooms crafted for restorative sleep:
* **Master Bedroom:** A private sanctuary separated from the other rooms, offering a king bed, a 55" Smart TV, a private bathroom, and a walk-in closet.
* **Bedroom 2:** Features a queen bed and a closet.
* **Bedroom 3:** Includes a queen bed, a closet, and a modern desk and chair, perfect for a dedicated workspace.

Guest Access:
You will have private access to the entire home for the duration of your stay. Entry is simple and secure with a key code for self-check-in.
Your stay includes:
* Full use of the 2-car garage with a remote control.
* Exclusive access to the private community clubhouse via an access card. This includes a boat ramp for lake access, a park with a private bathroom, and swings for the kids.

Interaction with Guests:

We offer a self-check-in process to give you flexibility and privacy. While we will not be present during your stay, we are readily available via phone or message if you need any assistance or have questions.

We booked for two nights to visit family that we had not seen for quite some time. The house was spacious and comfortable. We hope to come back and stay a little longer. It located on a corner lot in a very quiet neighborhood! I am happy I found this one!

Great neighborhood and convenient location. Nice property on corner lot in residential neighborhood. We enjoyed our 5 week stay and would not hesitate staying again. The 2 car garage was nice.

Just like home!!

Came to Florida to visit family who lived just a little ways from the house that we rented. When we got there, it was easy to get in. We had the code and everything was perfect in the house. Had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. everything was super clean. The area in Lake Placid, where the house was was very quiet I would recommend to anyone who’s coming to Florida to stay at this rental. You won’t regret it.

Just what I was looking for!

Very private property on a corner lot with private back porch for grilling and relaxing (no houses in view from the back so it's very private). Very quiet neighborhood as it seemed to be many elderly in the neighborhood. 10-12 minute drive to Publix and other restaurants. House was very well kept and had plenty of space. Very easy to communicate with the property owner as well. Thank you! Would stay here again. The only thing missing was a drip coffee maker (only had a Keurig and Nespresso maker).

Nice 3-BR home exactly as shown in pictures and description. Very clean home w/garage. Nicely furnished. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Nice neighborhood and very quiet in the evenings.

Peaceful Stay

The property was great for a peaceful getaway and accommodation. The property was very clean. Only problem was the carpenter ants and a TV should be in the master bedroom. Other than those two things I highly recommend the property for anyone stay in Lake Placid Florida. I would definitely look for this property again in the future.
