"Mi estancia fue muy buenas, los desayunos muy limpios, la alberca limpia, solo me gustaría que el registro de entrada al hotel, fuera más temprano ya que lo tiene a las 3 p.m"

"Even though we had a reservation and a confirmation, the clerk couldn’t find it. Our room was not clean- one bed had visibly dirty sheets. We asked the front desk to change them-they didn’t-so unacceptable. Every other hotel was completely booked, so we were stuck. We will never stay here again."

"Very nice property. Super clean and staff was helpful. They provide daily breakfast and have an outdoor patio outside of indoor pool. It was half the price of other hotels in delavan. Minutes from the lake. Highly recommend."

"The young lady at check-in was lovely - sweet, and then very apologetic when my kid found glass in the pool. The room, aside from the faint stain on the ceiling/humid closet that smelled like mildew, and the carpet that felt like too much soap was used during carpet cleaning, was fine enough. Bed was comfy. The water pressure was intense: finding a setting on the shower head that didn’t feel like I was being sand blasted was tricky, so kids got baths. I’m not one to complain, but once I noticed...

"We arrived at the hotel very late and discovered after checking in that the bed linen hadn't been changed. After speaking with the front desk, I was moved to a different room."

"The internet in the room could not accommodate more than one device at a time. When we notified the staff, we were given the excuse they were fully booked, and the server couldn't handle all the people. It was a good that my husband and I were not trying to work. One of the days, our room was not cleaned. The staff were not helpful and did not seem to care. I guess they cater to the corporate/conference bookings rather than a weekend vacationer. Will not recommend or stay there again."

"We've had a terrible stay. We were there for the 4th of July. Well first it took them hour - hour and a half to check us in. They have 2 locations, we booked the one with the pool but they tried to put us in a lodge on the other side of the property. When we finally got the room, it was a nice room, close to the pool but in order to get there you have to pass through the indoor pool and also the automatic door to get into the hotel on the side of the proprety where the room was didn't work so."
