"The property was located in a fantastic area of Orlando. The interior featured revamped furniture, giving a fresh feel despite some age. Although one pool was temporarily closed, it reopened two days later after repairs to the jacuzzi. We truly enjoyed our stay, thanks to the outstanding staff, and the grounds were impeccably clean with beautiful landscaping."

"We had a late check in so I really had no choice to stay. The rug looked dirty, the sofa bed had stains on the sitting area and the mattress as well. The bathroom faucet was loose and there was no hot water. The room quality made it feel like a cheap motel room rather than what I expected for a suite. I was traveling with family and I felt extremely embarrassed that I had booked this hotel. Like I said we came back from the park really late so I didn’t have a choice."

"My stay was disappointing overall. The first room had a strong hospital-like odor, and the bed had an unpleasant smell. I asked to change rooms. They did move me, but having to switch rooms already raised concerns about cleanliness and upkeep. The mattress also felt really low quality and uncomfortable. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The hotel really needs to improve its cleanliness, maintenance, and overall comfort."

"The hotel felt safe and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is definitely showing some age/wear and wasn't as clean as I'd expected it to be. The pillows were very thin and uncomfortable. The walls were thin and I could hear what the neighbors were watching on TV when I was trying to sleep. Overall it was ok but I probably wouldn't stay here again."

"The room was extremely comfortable. Great beds, pillows. Bathrooms were large and well equipped. Living space and kitchen were fantastic. Kitchen was low on plates and basic supplies but otherwise very nice. Would definitely stay here again."

"Had a wonderful stay at this location, which was conveniently close to shops, restaurants, Disney parks, Universal Studios and the Convention Center. The renovated rooms were great and felt like home away from here. The staff and service were great. I have no complaints and will be planning to stay there when I’m in the area again!!"

"Overall, we love the location of the hotel, but when it comes to booking, please be aware that they will change your room at the drop of a dime and not notify you. upon arriving, we were told that they had oversold and overbooked for the weekend. Let me remind you we booked the hotel a month in advance. We were then told that we had no other choice but take the room they had. We were promised free parking for the weekend as well as Hilton points. We have been home a little over a week in no...
