  • Over 12 acres of secluded, quiet pastures and woods. Nearly 600 feet on the river waterfront to explore. All kinds of wildlife. Owls, deer, otter, and even a visiting cow every morning :)
    The Santa Fe River is a few steps from the back door of this comfortable and roomy ranch. This house has over 2400 sq ft of space and is a 10 minutes (5 mi) drive from Ginnie Springs, a popular area for scuba diving, canoeing and other water sports Spend time Kayaking, Tubing, swimming and or fishing. Complementary Kayaks, Tubes and rafts on site. Safety flotation vests also on site for each guest.
    Rate is for Double Occupancy; additional guests are $30/per person/ per night.
    8 Guests max. No Day Guests Without Pre-approval from Hosts.

What a great spot. The river is beautiful and right there. Centrally located to High Springs and ichetucknee springs. Owner is very accommodating and house is well stocked with toys. Will be going back.

Memorial Day

Third year in a row staying here for memorial weekend it never disappoints and we love the location!! Michelle always makes sure we are well taken care of, she is wonderful.

It was paradise from start to finish. Swimming in the clear river, kayaking too. Twelve acres to roam with a disc course on the property. Great views and many wonderful deck sitting places. Large spaces with a homey feel and privacy as well. My dogs loved swimming right in the back yard and a fenced in option was nice too. Travel to the springs for a life altering swimming experience. Try to do everything, I dare you.

We enjoyed the house and room it provided for our needs. Floating to down the Santa fe and visiting different springs was exactly what we were looking for. Would recommend this star.

It was exactly what we needed. Quiet and peaceful You cannot see any human neighbors but you do get to see a family of deer and otters every morning and evening and a turkey. We had evey rhing we needed. We floated from the boat ramp back to house with the procided tubes. We enjoyed the pac man arcade and giant jenga. The water was clear and beautiful. We caught biggest bass any of us had ever seen. He is still happily swimming the river. We had an awesome time.

Exactly what we hoped it would be!

This home is exactly what we were looking for. It was right on the Sante Fe River with a huge property, perfect for long walks with the dogs, with many wildlife sightings. The home was spacious, with many areas to enjoy indoors and out. We could have spent our entire week just in the house and on the property.

UF Graduation Weekend

What a great time our family had celebrating our kid graduating UF! This property was perfect for us. Lots of laidback fun- tubing on the river, kayaking, frisbee golf, s’mores at the fire pit, lounging on the dock, etc… We saw otters, owls, hummingbirds, snapping turtles, deer, fish, snakes- we loved it all!

Amazing property in a beautiful place!! Came up to enjoy the springs with my family but ended up just itching to get back to the house. So much property to explore and different activities to get in to. Michelle was wonderful and accommodated us even though there was a bit of conflict in the timing of the trip. Great hosts, gorgeous place, and a property that's worth a visit in and of itself!! If you are on the fence about where to stay for your visit, do not hesitate... this is the place!

This property was amazing. Beyond our expectations. The best part was the Santa Fe river in your backyard. Everything was provided to enjoy the river and all the springs. Can't wait to come back.

Great house with a fantastic view. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend quality time with friends. The house did not lack any amenities and was full stocked with any need essentials. Michele was a great host.

Summer trip

It was amazing lots of room,several sitting places inside and out. We went kayaking, jet skiing, fishing, tubing. There games at the house , fire pit was a big hit. Host were great made sure we had everything just a great place to stay. Would do again

This Cabin was way better than expected! First, the drive up to the house was insanely gorgeous. Absolutely beautiful property with a family of deer living on it. The house sits on the clear water of the Santa Fe River which made it great for tubing and Kayaking. House is just a short drive away to Ginnie Springs and Rum Island. The town was also just a short 15 min drive with a great antique store and clothing store. (Decades and On the Hunt) The house itself was adorable. Plenty of room for our family of 4 and it was dog friendly. Kitchen was well stocked and the laundry room on the main floor was a great bonus. Plenty of additional pillows, blankets, towels, books and board games were there as well. We went to the park located literally across the main road several times for a hike and the location to start our tubing/kayaking adventures and the locals were so friendly! They helped us find the local rope swing and assisted us getting our kayaks in the water. Finally, the hosts were friendly and walked us through the house which we appreciated. They love this town and it shows. 10/10 would recommend!
