"The property is very clean and nicely maintained. The staff members were very customer-oriented and personable. The convenient location is just minutes from many restaurants and retail stores. Checking in and out was quick and drama free. Free parking was also a very big plus for me. I will definitely return to this location and highly recommend it as a great place to stay."

"Nice quiet area it's all by itself there's stuff to eat down the street every time I call the staff when I needed something they came right away did not have me waiting beds are comfortable the rooms are nice the pool and the hot tub was good enjoyed my stay a lot."

"I stayed for five nights at this hotel while in California on business. The hotel has been renovated and was GREAT. The staff were super-friendly, the breakfast was great, everything about my stay was great. I ended up spending more time in my room than I originally anticipated due to some meetings falling through, but the room was so nice and comfortable, with a big work desk and living area, that I didn't mind at all working from my hotel room! I can't say enough about how great it was using...

"Very comfortable and quiet. Cheerful staff. My only complaint (and it's minor) is the in-room coffee. It's very poor quality and not much of it. Yes, there is coffee in the clubhouse, but that's not a whole lot better. The breakfast is very nice, though. All in all, we'll definitely stay here again "

"My family and I loved how modern and clean this property was. It’s very close to the Disneyland Resort (as it is located right behind the parks). It is a 15 minute walk but there also is a shuttle/bus located right in front of the hotel that takes you right to the park. The staff is very friendly and informative. Complimentary breakfast was also included with the stay. Highly recommended and has become our go to hotel when going to Disneyland!"

"I have stayed here twice. Once by myself and once with family. We loved it. I appreciated the valet parking. Everyone on staff was extraordinarily friendly. The pool view room was great. Comfortable beds. The biggest bonus was direct access to "The Source." I lovingly call it a Kpop mall. I tried three restaurants there, plus the Taiwanese to shop and a donut place. "The rooms were nice and spacious, clean, and comfortable. Front desk and parking staff were kind and welcoming. Our room had a balcony out of Harbor Blvd which was amazing and you could see the fireworks at night, however it is very loud. We had an issue with almost no water pressure in the shower and the maintenance personnel came out quickly and resolved the issue. "This is our third stay at Knotts Hotel and we love it. The staff is amazing, rooms are clean and spacious. Very convenient that it’s a 7 min walk to three theme park. We love the pool and Splash pad available to our child. "
