This lovely apartment is situated on the 1st floor with a balcony overlooking the shared swimming pool/garden area of the very popular Dom Manuel complex.

The attractive entrance hall leads through to the spacious lounge/dining area, kitchen & bedroom areas.
The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven/hob & washing machine.
The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. A separate shower room serves the twin bedroom which also has fitted wardrobes.
The sunny balcony is equipped with a table, 4 chairs & 2 sun loungers & has a 'bird's eye view' of the swimming pool.

The property is equipped with it´s own personal Wifi and there is air con throughout.
The TV has the standard Portuguese channels.
However for a charge of €30 for your stay there is an additional option of a TV wifi box which can provide UK channels BBC1, BBC2,ITV, CH4 and a selection of Sky films, sports and kids channels.

The award winning Marina de Lagos has 24 hour security surveillance.
The apartment is centrally located and there are shops, cafes, restaurants on the Marina itself 5 minutes away, the supermarket Pingo Doce is within a 2 minute walk. The nearest beach Meia Praia is a mere 10 minute walk from the apartment, as is the town centre with its vast array of restaurants, bars and shops.

There is plenty of free parking spaces near the apartment block.

Our 5th visit to Lagos and this has been the best apartment by far. Julie and Jo are superb in communicating and even when we had a minor issue with the aircon, it was dealt with right of way. We shall definately be returning and its a great location as well.

Perfect base for exploring Lagos

Beautiful well equipped apartment five minute walk to Marina. Pool area was quiet clean and relaxing. Only slight problem- we could not access any TV channels. I can highly recommend - excellent value for money.

Second time in this apartment.

This was our second time in this apartment and is the perfect location for us. There is everything that we need there and a grocery store is a 5 minute walk away. The management are very helpful and easy to get a hold in touch with.

Great apartment with view of the pool

The property is in an excellent location overlooking the pool with a view to the marina. The apartment is spacious, very clean and has a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly look to stay here again on our next visit to Lagos. Only complaint was the uncomfortable beds which need replacing.

Lagos apartment

This is a nice apartment in a quiet complex. The location to the Marina and town are great. The lounge and bedrooms are a good size and it was great having 2 bathrooms. The apartment was well kitted out with everything you might need on holiday. The beds were a little hard and could benefit from some extra padding. The balcony was a good size for sitting out on and the swimming pool was lovely. The property manager Jo was extremely belpful. I would recommend this property.

A lovely apartment with nice outlook over the swimming pool and good location for the marina, town and supermarket. Excellent communication with the property manager when needed. The kitchen units are a little dated although the appliances were good.

Appartamento stupendo. Posizione strategica, vista sulla marina e sulla fantastica piscina del condominio. A pochi passi da una spiaggia molto carina e dal centro storico di lagos. L'appartamento è curato in ogni particolare. Julie molto efficiente. Consigliatissimo!

A great Marina base

We chose this property with location being key. It was ideally situated and only a short walk to the town and beach as well as being in the Marina area . The property was comfortable although the kitchen was a little cramped. The pool area was lovely for relaxation. We would certainly consider staying there again!

Fantastic apartment in the marina of lagos with the use of swimming pool.The apartment we stayed had two bedrooms plenty of storage space in both good kitchen space as well as lounge with dining table and balcony with beautiful views of the pool area and small part of the marina as we were on the first floor.The apartment itself was equipped with all you need i.e. Fridge freezer microwave Washing machine dishwasher wifi satellite TV ( at additional cost ) the only thing stopping me giving this apartment 5 star rating is it's starting to look a bit tired and would benefit from refurbishment to get the luxury titled apartment. The area itself is very peaceful with great supermarket within very easy reach of the apartment the centre of Lagos 10 minute walk along promenade beach and train station very close by we would have no reservations in recommending this apartment to others looking to stay in lagos and hope to be back very soon. A special thank you must go out Julie who organised our stay and transfers from airport to lagos very helpful and nothing too much trouble for her
