"The property was easy to find, well-lit for our evening arrival and surface parking was convenient and plentiful. We were greeted by friendly and accommodating team member and the check-in process was very easy. We enjoyed breakfast in the lobby in the morning before headed out for the day. When our excursion took longer than anticipated, the staff were very generous to extend our check-out time. "

"The place was filthy. No place for my dog to potty. There was filth in the bathroom especially. The parking area was good.
I repeatedly asked the staff to clean my room. When I arrived I entered the elevator and the door had bad stuff on the door.
I asked to speak to the manager and was told he wasn’t available. Ever. I spent two nights out of the five that were booked.
The television channels didn’t include any major networks or any local news.
Overall, it was the worse two nights I have...

"This was our first time staying at a Tru. The room was large with lots of space but there was only one rolling chair and no other chairs to sit on. The beds were platform beds so they were only so-so on comfort and my wife and I both woke up stiff. The bathroom was clean and spacious, but the tub was very slick and slippery. There was also no fan in the bathroom, so it fogged up completely and then drifted into the main room. The breakfast was decent. We were disappointed the laundry machines...

"We were most impressed with the kindness shown to us when we checked in. Warm and friendly. Quick checkin. Fabulous room. Swimming pool was heaven. Breakfast was great. Bed was so comfortable. Loved the pillows. Only quirk the hot tub was not working but other than that the service and the stay was excellant. Definately recommended this hotel. "
