I needed a late check-out due to my travel plans, and the staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating. They allowed me to check out much later than the official time, which was a huge help. "Good things: Very fast internet, good pillows, kitchen, open shower, good lighting. Bad things: Very bright room which make it difficult to sleep when the sun is up. Uncomfortable chairs Noisy surroundings becuase the pool is just outside the room."

"Very nice property with excellent staff. The common areas or bathrooms are basically outside, so they don't have air conditioning (AC), but the rooms do. Ask them not to cut off the AC in the rooms after housekeeping because they did it to us and I legit thought I was going to pass out it was so hot. Staff were apologetic and answered quickly. Breakfast was included with our stay and are walking distance from the Villa. Our favorite was Warung Pantai Seseh but we went to Mewali as well....

Die Schränke von innen vollkommen verstaubt, im Kühlschrank steht das Wasser, im Bad gab es einen Schlauch, aus dem die ganze Nacht Wasser getropft hat, etc. Das Hotel ist mitten im Touristenzentrum und man muss Eintritt bezahlen, um überhaupt and Hotel zu kommen.
