This charming vacation home offers a cozy and comfortable escape in the heart of Southern Utah's stunning desert landscape. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it's the perfect retreat for families looking to visit Zion National Park and experience the great outdoors. The home features a warm and inviting atmosphere, complete with comfortable furnishings and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. This property is the ideal place to rest, recharge, and make memories with your loved ones.

We like to give our guests space and privacy, but will be available via text/call if needed.

Staying at this cozy vacation home promises a comfortable and relaxing experience for families visiting Zion National Park. With its open floor plan, guests will have ample space to unwind and spend quality time together. The living room has a HD flat screen TV, making it the perfect spot for movie nights. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, allowing guests to easily prepare meals and enjoy home-cooked food. The comfortable beds will ensure a good night's sleep, allowing for a refreshed start to each day of adventure in the beautiful surroundings of the desert mountain landscape.

It would be most Ideal to have a car as there is no public transportation.

There are lots of fun things to do in southern Utah! Hiking, biking, ATV riding, water skiing, and national parks...to name a few. You have Zion National Park (21 miles), St. George (22), Sand Hollow Reservoir (11), Quail Creek Reservoir (12), Tuacahn (30), Cedar Breaks National Monument (58), Grand Canyon National Park (119), Bryce Canyon National Park (127) and Brian Head Ski Resort (68) all available and close by for your enjoyment!

Our host, Tyler, made our stay very comfortable. We had everything we needed and more! The house, a 2 bed 2 bath with air conditioning, laundry, and a driveway, was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the ping pong table, basketball game, and puzzles. This house gave us easy access to Zion National Park, which we were visiting for the first time. Tyler was very responsive and attentive. I would highly recommend you consider this house for your stay near Zion!

This house was perfect for our quick trip into Zion. The drive into the park was easy (the house is only a couple blocks off the main road as you come in on route 9). Everything was clean and just as described. My kids loved the game area in the garage! We would stay again if in the area!

Just what we needed

The house was clean and had everything we needed. My kids enjoyed the ping pong and basketball shot game. The only bad thing about our trip was the excessive heat.... but the AC worked excellent. I fully recommend this house. It was a great experience.

Cute cozy cottage

Perfect size house, modern and well stocked. About 30 mins from zion and springdale. Peaceful neighborhood. Tyler left us a gift basket and checked in with us. How thoughtful. We really enjoyed the house and would rent it again

Zion National Park Trip

We had an amazing trip to Zion! This place was perfect! We were close to the park but also comfortable like being home! The house was very clean and having a washer and dryer was very helpful! We thought La Verkin was a quant town and hope to return here for future visits! Our hosts communicated very well and the stay was amazing! Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay

Great Stay

The property was great, very clean, and had all we needed for a few nights. Convenient to both Zion and local restaurants. The host was extremely kind, great on communication, and even asked us for feedback as he realized that renters can have great perspectives on staying in a place that isn't theirs. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy La Verkin Home

This home is perfect for a family or small group. It was an EASY 25-30 minute drive to Zion National Park. It was super clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the supplies needed for cooking a meal. The beds were super comfortable after full days of hiking. Location is great with an amazing drive up coffee place and grocery store a few blocks away. There is also a park to let your kids run off some steam if needed a block away. Host was super responsive to questions and anything we needed. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

The Perfect Getaway

Our family loved this one. My son said 20 out of 5 stars on this one and I agree! This was a great house for our family of 5. I wish we had booked this one after our long hike on the Narrows to come back to. We did this the night before Zion and definitely the perfect distance from Zion with plenty of things nearby. Very clean. Our boys loved the ping pong table and basketball arcade hoops in the garage. When we come back this way, we'll definitely stay here again. One of the most organized and thought-out Vrbo stays we've been at.

Great Location in La Verkin, Utah

This is a very comfy house in a very quiet neighborhood. Communication with manager very good and responsive. We were there for 3 weeks for mountain biking. This location was perfect for trails in La Verkin, Hurricane, Virgin area and not too far from St. George for other activities.

Wonderful sray

When we arrived at our home, it had been doubled booked and the Agent was able to move us into another home promptly. This additional home was gorgeous, nicely furnished with all of the essentials and an amazing backyard/terrace view! The neighborhood is quiet, small and easily located to Zion NP and all of the surrounding things that we wanted to see and do. This home was reserved and available to us for only 3 days and the Agent moved us into a 2nd home with no issues which was just as nice and convenient. La Verkin is such a beautiful area with grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants that we checked out during our stay. I certainly would recommend staying in La Verkin and I hope to return again.

So comfortable and so convenient!

We (one couple and one single adult) stayed four nights and couldn't have found a more comfortable and convenient place. Easy drives to the national parks, nearby grocery and restaurants, and super comfortable beds. We were happy to be able to park in the garage and keep the car out of the sun. Communication was great and access to the house was easy Highly recommended for a national park getaway!
